Overview:
Traditionally, interview training has not been given the attention it deserves and yet in many cases the vast majority of evidence is contained within statements obtained from witnesses and interviews conducted with persons suspected of committing offences. If this evidence has not been obtained fairly or the witnesses have not been interviewed in accordance with the legal rules governing the subject, then it could be that the case is not as watertight as it should be before being prosecuted in a court of law or presented to the police.
Various studies and criticisms of interviewing techniques over many years have led to the development of the Interview and Investigation package in it’s present form.
Course Material:
All delegates receive a comprehensive workbook/manual for use during the course and as a reference aid afterwards. |
