Overview:

Every day we speak to people with different agendas, different thoughts and different attitudes, the majority of these interactions will pass off peacefully, but in a number of cases a conflict situation will ensue that has to be resolved. Types of conflict can be as little as a raised voice, or as serious as physical assault.  To deal with people in such circumstances calls for excellent communication skills and self-confidence.

The conflict resolution course teaches the delegate to recognise the various warning signs and danger signals before exploring models and theories aimed at diffusing situations. An input covering the right to use force and safe methods of restraint are also included.

the warning signs that should heighten awareness and the danger signals that require a reaction.

All delegates receive a comprehensive workbook/manual for use during the course and as a reference aid afterwards.
